I have been blessed by finding a professional, diligent, hard working and genuinely caring attorney Nico Vitale P.A.. I hired Nico in 2005 for the first time for a very sticky and scary (to me) legal issue. He resolved my issue so quickly and thoroughly; using all applicable laws with such intellige...nce and finesse, without haste or any waste of the courts time; as I have personally witnessed prior attorneys I have known to do. Nico had my case resolved in less than 2 weeks, and I was so amazed at his work and his approachability I was speechless. Nico goes far beyond what he as an attorney has to do. He takes that extra step as to keep you informed of all processes, what they mean and why he is using them. I was so scared about my case. After consulting with him within the first 10 minutes of a first call he educated me about what he would do and put all fears to rest. He consistently kept me up to date. Anytime I had a question or several, throughout that process I called him; and each and every single call, if he was in the office, I was immediately given the answer or if he wasn't at the office, he would immediately call me with the answer(s) to my inquiries. Nico would call me back each time without hesitancy within the same day. I was sure I was driving him crazy by all of my calls and questions, yet most graciously and compassionately, he took as much time with me as I needed to help me understand each process that happened during that time. As a soon to be law student, I have learned that the biggest mistake attorneys make is not being available for their clients and notoriously known for not returning calls in a timely fashion. Nico was not anywhere near this "type" of man, rather he superseded all of my previous notions of how any attorney could ever be. To me having had contact with dozens of attorneys from my schooling and otherwise, Nico is the epitome of what a picture perfect, too good to be real (but is real), passionate and truly sincere attorney of our what legal system is supposed to be. He treats you as if you are his own family and I will always refer anyone needing help with a legal issue, directly to him without a second of thought.
