S.F. was originally charged with with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (three knives) and one count of battery. The felony charges were reduced to simple assaults (misdemeanors) an ... d we proceeded to trial. The client was acquitted of battery thee judge declared a mistrial when the jury could not reach a verdict as to the assault charges. The client was offered diversion after the trial, which he accepted.
