As Founder and Managing Attorney of Singh Law Firm, Jaitegh “JT” Singh leads the firm’s strategic vision and advises businesses, investors, entrepreneurs, and private clients on complex legal matters, from high-stakes litigation to sophisticated business transactions.

An experienced litigator, JT has represented clients in a wide variety of legal disputes, including foreclosure actions, labor disputes, securities litigation, and landlord-tenant matters. In addition to his litigation practice, he advises clients on corporate finance matters such as private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. He also has experience with international arbitration and cross-border business matters, including advising companies on U.S. securities law compliance.

JT’s practice spans multiple industries, including manufacturing, real estate, and government contracting, where he advises clients on both the legal and strategic considerations that shape complex business decisions. He frequently works with entrepreneurs and growing companies navigating regulatory challenges, structuring transactions, and resolving disputes that can significantly impact their operations.

JT earned his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Nova Southeastern University. He later completed an International Law program at the University of Cambridge before receiving his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law. He is licensed to practice in five states and serves as a Certified Supreme Court Arbitrator.
