Partner, Alan F. Hamisch, is a Trial Attorney practicing in the areas of bankruptcy, criminal, personal injury, residential landlord tenant disputes, business litigation, and family law. Attorney Hamisch has conducted trials in State and Federal Courts throughout the United States.
Attorney Hamisch is active in the community as a high school wrestling coach for Gulf Coast High School in Naples and as a mentor for law students at Ave Maria School of Law.
Attorney Hamisch is a father of four who has devoted his time to their success. He has won father of the year awards from his children annually since 2004.
Attorney Hamisch received his law degree in 2010 from Ave Maria School of Law where he was actively involved with moot court and tax court oral advocacy competitions. He was the president of the Law Student Section of the State Bar of Michigan in 2009. Attorney Hamisch attended Utah State University where he earned his B.S. in Political Science in 2006.

Attorney Hamisch is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and has appeared pro hac vice in cases throughout the United States.
