Real Estate Dispute
Alan was involved for nine months in my real estate dispute which took over two years to conclude. He joined with his partner Michelle Hurvitz who had been leading the case since it began. Because of Covid I was not able to meet Alan in person, but it really didn't matter. His dedication and compassion were readily apparent by phone and zoom, and I immediately trusted his integrity and outstanding legal skills and judgement. He worked smoothly with Michelle to move my case to a successful verdict (We won!). They communicate openly and honestly and hone each other's thinking. I've taught executive teamwork in many companies and countries, and these two, Hamisch and Hurvitz, are the real deal.

Excellent
Alan was referred to me by a friend after my divorce case went sideways. He was everything I could have asked for in an attorney. He jumped through hoops as the situation changed dramatically and frequently, was always reachable, maintained the highest level of professionalism, and helped me keep a clear head through a stressful and overwhelming process. Although I would hope to never need him again, he would be my first call - no question.
