Replied last March 30, 2017Mr. R stated that he is a convicted felon who is currently on probation. Mr. R stated that he has been unemployed since 2013. Mr. R stated that he is behind on his child support of $167.00 per month. Mr. R stated that he contacted my office because his ex-wife refused to allow him any parenting time with his child. While speaking with Mr. R on the phone, I researched his case on the court docket, reviewed some of the prior orders, and emailed him copies of two prior court orders that were pertinent to his parenting time concerns. Mr. R added a person claiming to be his father to the line. Mr. R's alleged father said that they did not have any money. He asked me to take the case pro-bono. I only help U.S. Veterans for free.
