Alberto H. Hernandez is a graduate of Cornell University in New York and  University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he attained his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1990.  He was admitted to the Florida Bar Association in 1991, and also has membership in the federal  courts' Southern District Court, the Northern District Court and the Middle District Court  of Florida.  He is also a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA).

Mr. Hernandez has been in practicing law in the tri-county area since 1991.  Prior to opening his office, he worked as counsel for  two local law firms  representing mortgage banking and lending institutions in the bankruptcy courts and filing lien foreclosures for homeowner and condominium associations.    Based upon his past legal experiences, Alberto founded his general practice law firm emphasizing bankruptcy, foreclosure and real estate matters.  Consistent with the firm philosophy, Mr. Hernandez seeks to give personalized and practical services.

yo recomiendo al Senor Alberto y a Su secretaria Lourdes son personas muy profesionales y atentos me indicaron todo muy bien y todo me salio como ellos me lo explicaron siempre contestaron todas mis dudas muchisimas gracias a los dos no les recomiendo companias que dicen que los liberan de las deudas despues de hablar mi problema con una me di cuenta que me estaban inflando mas los numeros que les di y me puse mejor a la busqueda de un abogado y encontre al abogado Alberto gracias a Dios por q si me hubiera hido con la otra compania q no son muy claros me hubiera hido muy mal pero como hice bien mi tarea de buscar a alguien bien profesional encontre al abogado Alberto y su secretaria Lourdes que me explicaron todo muy claro y me decidi y lo hice con ellos gracias de nuevo

A True Professional
I found my experience with Mr. Hernandez and his assistant Lourdes to be very positive. Every question that I had was handled in a timely and professional manner. When I visited with their firm 5 years ago my wife and I were out of financial options, in debt, depressed and now that our case has been recently discharged it is one of the happiest days of our lives! Where to start! Alberto is great at what he does he takes his time with you and make sure you understand the steps that will need to be taken! This staff are friends and welcoming and helpful. But to be honest Lourdes is the key to that law office. She is so patient and professional she made me feel so comfortable with what was going on. She was always a call or email away! I found Alberto Hernandez on google and filed out a contact form after hours and was contacted the very next day by his paralegal Lourdes. Great Service
After working with Attorney Hernandez's Office for over 5 years i can say that it was a very positive experience. MS.
