Helped make a painful situation much easier
When I had to go to a last-minute court meeting, I was so glad to have David by my side. His calm, professional demeanor was reassuring and eased my anxiety. Working with David made a painful situation much less stressful. I'm very glad to have had the opportunity to have worked with him.

Haischer v. CSX Transportation, Inc. (Court of Appeals of Maryland)
Obtained a jury verdict for an injured locomotive engineer. After the intermediate appellate court affirmed liability but ordered a new trial on damages, Maryland’s highest court reversed and reinstated the trial court’s judgment.
