By far Joe was the best attorney in court on the three times I observed foreclosure cases, visibly frustrating the banks attorneys and handcuffing the judge with case law. I understand that they have a heavy caseload, but a little understanding as to the dire straits that people are suffering through would have gone a long way. My critique of his staff is in no way a reflection of his ability, skill and commitment to helping people. I would strongly recommend him to anyone that is in need of foreclosure or bankruptcy.

simply yhe best lawyer in North Port and his charges are very reasonable. believe in me when i say that he told me this that i should take care of my family first and worry about him last becuase we will be seeing each other for a long time i paid him 50 or 150 a monht untiul i pay the 1200 maxd fee. its been three yeart that i have been in my little home. god bless you god bless you
