The process to find solutions, albeit deeply unpleasant for me, was handled by this firm with savvy, determined effort and understanding. I'm a lawyer in Fort Myers, purely transactional law with no litigation experience. The set of unfortunate events that brought me to see Joe are not relevant. I knew the need for a foreclosure attorney would arrive and had been looking at the attorneys in court and reviewing their pleadings prior to... making a selection. I watched Joe and others in court and read their prior pleadings. By far Joe was the best attorney in court on the three times I observed foreclosure cases, visibly frustrating the banks attorneys and handcuffing the judge with case law. There are no words that I can write that can explain how grateful that I am to him and what he was able to do for me. Now, that being said, I do have to say that his staff was not always sensitive. I understand that they have a heavy caseload, but a little understanding as to the dire straits that people are suffering through would have gone a long way. My critique of his staff is in no way a reflection of his ability, skill and commitment to helping people. I would strongly recommend him to anyone that is in need of foreclosure or bankruptcy.
