Scott Kuhn and his office help my siblings and myself through the process of probating my mother's estate. That process was clearly explained and they did all the "heavy lifting" for us. Probate was in Florida and I, as the personal representative, was located in New Jersey. After the initial meet...ing, I was able to conduct all the needed steps through email and phone calls. I was kept inform on the progress of the probate throughout the process, which helped with my peace of mind. Everyone in the office was very courteous and responsive. Questions were answered in a timely manner. The answers were complete and understandable. They helped me through a very helpful and stressful time.

We started with Rob who I asked for total price, he told me $626 and to date it has been over thousands!! Beware run fast!! I asked for complete details of what to expect. He told us that the judge would review our case make a decision and that would be it! Untrue there was so much more to it we were... getting guardianship of my disabled daughter. I wanted to be the guardian I was told that because I lived out of state that would make it much harder, we also explained there would be 3 of us caring for her and we all needed to be responsible. we were told just one could be on the paperwork. I have called the office on several occasions and set phone appointments with Scott who never called me. I have asked for copies of all our bills and that has not happened. Scott said he would talk to us about our move after the hearing. I have called only to hear he is planning to call me tomorrow morning by his staff. The poor business and no truth in anything from them I would say run fast!! Do not stop for this one!

I am very satisfied with Scott and his handling of an ongoing real estate sale I have with a property I sold. I hold the note on the property with a 5 yr. balloon payment. The buyer has had nothing but problems in keeping up with payments to me and paying his real estate taxes. Since Scott has take...n legal action on my behalf, handling the legal hurdles has been affective, efficient and done in a timely manner. The situation is presently under control. Im a happy client.
