I came to Florida from the northeast a few years ago. I had need of a lawyer and chose one who was disinterested. I am very satisfied with Scott and his handling of an ongoing real estate sale I have with a property I sold. I hold the note on the property with a 5 yr. balloon payment. The buyer has had nothing but problems in keeping up with payments to me and paying his real estate taxes. Since Scott has take...n legal action on my behalf, handling the legal hurdles has been affective, efficient and done in a timely manner. The situation is presently under control. Im a happy client.
