I found Scott on a Google search as I was looking for someone to help me after the death of a loved one. I do not want to go into deatials about the case but one thing I learned is not every lawyer is a trial lawyer. Scott Kuhn is and a very experienced one. Outcome was great. Thank you so much Scott... My brother died in the state of Florida and I lived in Georgia. We did not even know we needed a lawyer since I am the last of our immediate family. My brother had no wife or children. Of course Florida makes you hire a lawyer. So I looked up lawyers in the Fort Myers area who handled estate issues. ...I liked his name and he was close to where I was at the time. My wife and I pulled in and we were pleased because their place was nice but not too flashy. We talked to the secretary she was extremely nice and understanding. We then talked to an associate. We really liked this firm they talk to you in English not in lawyer talk. He explained exactly what they had to do and what little we had to do (which was great since we live out of state). They keep us updated, they handle just about everything. I would definately recommend this small but extremely helpful law firm with a very nice and helpful staff.

Scott Kuhn and his office help my siblings and myself through the process of probating my mother's estate. That process was clearly explained and they did all the "heavy lifting" for us. Probate was in Florida and I, as the personal representative, was located in New Jersey. After the initial meet...ing, I was able to conduct all the needed steps through email and phone calls. I was kept inform on the progress of the probate throughout the process, which helped with my peace of mind. Everyone in the office was very courteous and responsive. Questions were answered in a timely manner. The answers were complete and understandable. They helped me through a very helpful and stressful time.
