Very good attorney

Sense of urgency

Mike assisted our daughter in a real estate transaction immediately after she gave birth to her first child who was born with some physical challenges. He was firm with the things that needed to be done while exhibiting genuine sensitivity to her situation. There were some issues discovered during the inspection process which had to be addressed within a specific time span. Mike made sure that all parties involved understood the consequences of letting the time run out. His gentle but firm daily email reminders to both buyer and seller were appreciated by all. Nice job, Mike!

Very good attorney

Michael (Mike) Hagen gave me an apt same day and helped my mothers' with her needs in every way. He even reminded her of something she didn't even think of, and the price was very reasonable. The whole staff were very nice and pleasant. We are definitely going to hire him again for the other stuff we talked about.

Great experience!

After doing tons of research into real estate attorneys in the area, I was referred to Mike Hagen by several firms and read the excellent reviews here, so I had full confidence my house closing would be handled expertly, and from start to finish that's exactly what happened. Throughout the hectic process of selling my dad's house, I was impressed that Mike was easily available to calmly answer my questions, was always professional and friendly, and was correct at every turn. I knew I could trust him with every step of the process! Jennifer and Janet were friendly and helpful, and Judy did an expert job managing the title company side of things and was a pleasure to deal with. Our 2 Generations are using Mr Hagen.

I am pleased to write a positive review for people who deserve it. Too often we have plenty of negative things to say about those serving us but don’t often take the time to say positive things on those who serve us well. Mr. Hagan has taken care of our parents estate planning now for years and two years ago is taking care of our estate planning. He is thorough experienced and balanced. If you like a smaller office and attorney group with “personal” service- this law firm is for you.

100% success with Mike reducing our property taxes

We have been a client of Mike Hagen for several properties that were taxed higher than they should be for various reasons. In each case, Mike's experience enabled him to develop an approach for each property that reduced the value based upon his evidence. Mike has the knowledge and experience for cutting property taxes.

We would definitely hire Mike Hagen and his firm again!!!

We would definitely hire Mike Hagen to do our real estate legal work again. In fact, we are still using him now!! My wife and I hired Mike Hagen to represent us through a complex situation that involved many different legal matters such as bankruptcy, foreclosure, attempted loan modifications, short sales, as well as a mediation with one of the multiple lenders involved in this matter. Mike was able to handle all of these matters and was great to work with. He explained in detail the nuances of each situation; and more importantly listened to our concerns as each situation presented itself.

Mike Hagen is excellent..

I have had the pleasure of Michael Hagen's excellent legal assistance. I have had several occasions to call on his legal expertise. Even though there have been times when what I needed was somewhat outside of what he would consider his legal specialty, he has risen to the occasion so thoroughly. I have found that he deals with my concerns compassionately, and with sincerity as if they were his own. Legal issues are so much more often than not a time of difficulty in a person's life, and the need for someone that you feel is identifying with your problem to the point that they will represent you like it is THEIR own case to win or lose is ultimatly what is key in being successful. Too many lawyers look upon clients as a paycheck. Mike is always willing to go the extra mile. There truly is something to be said for that kind of integrity. I would recommend his services with the highest regard.
