Scott Kuhn

I hired Scott Kuhn to represent my company against an action from a tenant. Not only did he resolve the case in a big way, but Scott understood the importance of keeping our legal costs down and was happy to offer effective strategies in this regard. Scott has a friendly, confident, and professional ...demeanor, and generally left me feeling that we were "covered." Mr. Kuhn is an experienced attorney and I would certainly hope to retain him in the future should I have the need.

My brother died in the state of Florida and I lived in Georgia. We did not even know we needed a lawyer since I am the last of our immediate family. My brother had no wife or children. Of course Florida makes you hire a lawyer. So I looked up lawyers in the Fort Myers area who handled estate issues. ...I liked his name and he was close to where I was at the time. My wife and I pulled in and we were pleased because their place was nice but not too flashy. We talked to the secretary she was extremely nice and understanding. We then talked to an associate. We really liked this firm they talk to you in English not in lawyer talk. He explained exactly what they had to do and what little we had to do (which was great since we live out of state). They keep us updated, they handle just about everything. I would definately recommend this small but extremely helpful law firm with a very nice and helpful staff.

I own a lot of rental properties and had a wonderful attorney who passed away last year. Scott Kuhn offered a half hour phone consultation and I thought this would be a good way to see if he might be a good replacement for my former attorney who I thought was fantastic. I was set up with an app...t at 1:45 and when I hadn't received a call by 4:30 I called to ask if they had forgotten me. I was told that he was just running late which was not a problem - how much longer could it be as it was almost 5 pm. I received no call and no word from the office. I emailed the next day and was told the receptionist left on an emergency and was given another appointment THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED - NO CALL. I fault myself for this but I accepted a third appointment. And exact same result. NO Call. I own a total of 20 rental properties so I guess this is more of a financial loss for him than a waste of my time. Any attorney that thinks that little of their client or in my case potential client's time is not one you would want to hire. I'm glad I learned this before I did hire him.
