Ms. Belmont drew up my will and others documents for me. She was clear on cost and arranged everything perfectly. About a year later my dog was attacked by my neighbor’s pit bull. Although I was not injured, animal control suggested I contact an attorney. Michele was so wonderful and took her time ...to help me. I was very emotional and she was so kind and helpful. The neighbor was obnoxious and she dealt with his anger and lack of responsibility in an extremely professional manner. I highly, very highly recommend her. I consider myself so very fortunate to have Michele Belmont representing me since I moved to Cape Coral. About 5 years ago I read numerous reviews online and decided to make an appointment to discuss having a Living Will, Health Care Proxy and Power of Attorney. Michele was so very helpful, not only ...listening to my questions, but explaining all the details in every paragraph that needed to be addressed. It was an easy decision to hire Michele, and she has guided me every step of the way through some difficult matters. Also, I called Michele a couple of years ago to help me with one of the most stressful periods of my life. There was a lot of back and forth between myself and the other party but Michele handled it with ease. She was always very pleasant to talk with and very knowledgeable. Michele is a knowledgeable attorney and gave me hope during initial consultation. However, in the few years she has been working with me, there has been little if any communication. Phone calls are not returned, emails are ignored. Very little paperwork filed if any. Disappointed and looking to find ...someone else.
