I met with Mr. Busatta for the first time in 2014 for a dissolution of marriage with a minor child. It was very rough between my (now ex) husband and myself at the time, constant arguing, threats, etc. I was terrified I was going to lose my son since he lived out of state and was being extremely vind...ictive, Mr. Busatta assured me that would not happen. I was a nervous mess, I was a young mother and had always been the primary caregiver to my son, he walked me through every step of the process. I received the majority of custody and child support. I hired Tom to handle my son's case for a violation on drug court. When I first met with him he was slick and assured me that he knew that judge very well and the prosecuting attorney. That was the last real contact I had with him. He never returned ONE of my messages that I left with his secretary. ...If I wanted to speak to him I had to make an appt and then he didn't even meet with me in person, he had me meet with his "associate". He never went to see my son in jail except one time for the initial meeting. There was absolutely NO communication and I finally fired him and got new representation. Beware....DO NOT use this guy!

I contacted Thomas Busatta regarding my Fort Myers traffic citation and he told me that he would try for a dismissal of the citation. I felt that he took a personal interest in me while talkingg to me on the phone. I then hired him to represent me. I then sat back and waited 2 months for the court d...ate which I did not have to even go to. He called me that same day of the court date and told me that he got my citation dismissed.
