I hired Tom to handle my son's case for a violation on drug court. When I first met with him he was slick and assured me that he knew that judge very well and the prosecuting attorney. That was the last real contact I had with him. He never returned ONE of my messages that I left with his secretary. ...If I wanted to speak to him I had to make an appt and then he didn't even meet with me in person, he had me meet with his "associate". He never went to see my son in jail except one time for the initial meeting. There was absolutely NO communication and I finally fired him and got new representation. Beware....DO NOT use this guy!
