I hired MR Busatta last year when I got a DUI. I never met my lawyer in person EVER, on every court date he sent someone else to represent me. I only talked to him twice and both times he was very unsure of himself and left me confused. And since he was so unsure of himself about taking my case to tr...ial, I did not show up, which in turn I spent 9 months behind bars. I was told I would not go to jail and my first court date I was told I would do jail time and have probation afterwards. This lawyer is not professional, he lies, he overcharges and doesn't show up to court. He doesn't call his clients to inform them of progress in cases and does not belong in a court room. Period!

Had a DUI case and a second one for property damage in this respect. Mr. Busatta could get the property damage dismissed and did an excellent job on the DUI case. I am a non Floridian resident and he was very helpful in explaining the legal situation to me. He managed that I could travel home and do ...my probation from abroad.
