An appeal of a case takes legal research, logic, and analysis. With my extensive experience I can help to analyze your case and how the judge obtained the ruling in the judgments or orders, evaluate the legal arguments and the facts in your case, and help you see what I believe your chances would be for a successful appeal to overturn the trial court order.

Divorce Judgment Lien

Mr. Mitchell gave me a free consultation about my final divorce judgment lien that I found very helpful. He took a great amount of time on resolving a complex issue on the judgment. I heard he represents his clients zealously which I found it is true from my personal experience on legal issue.

simple divorce

thousands and years later still not divorced-you add it up-started out nice with low quotes and quick time to complete.

Whoever this alleged former client is, they do not speak the whole truth. We never promise a quick time to complete a divorce case since we never know when it will end and we always tell clients that. Either party can reach an agreement quickly or either side can refuse to agree and keep on dragging the case out by refusing to be reasonable, to be willing to work, to be willing to listen to the laws and process and think court cases should all be microwave cases instantly solved with no problems, or not being willing to pay attorney fees for massive amounts of additional work caused by the other party or the client themselves. Divorce cases can only end by an agreement or a trial and no one can force the parties to agree. If the cases keep going and going then we need to be paid for our additional work for our clients just like any job anyone has for additional work.

Go for this lawyer!

Needed a divorce and was skeptical after reading such great reviews of this guy. I went to Mitchell's for the heck of it and glad I did. The reviews were so right! This guy knows his stuff. Nicest most easiest guy to talk too to! Glad I found him!

There is no better

Very friendly, caring, knowledgeable, helpful, honest, smart, knows the law, reliable, and everything you can expect from an attorney. I'm going through a divorce and have my assets are involved. I'm not nervous with the attorney I hired because he knows what he's doing.

Just Amazing Lawyer

This lawyer is the best there is and I'm glad I found him. He does multiple things and helped me with a divorce and bankruptcy for now. I might use him for something else if I need him. I was able to resolve all my issues. I have no regrets in hiring him. He explained be everything to me and walked t...hru it all and answered my questions. Very knowledgeable and very honest. I recommend this man to anyone!
