After two denials for S.S. disability I was referred to Mr. Berke"s Law Firm by another lawyer. I was mostly in touch with his legal assistant, Melissa. She was very kind and patient with me. She was quick to answer any questions, calm any doubts I had and address them to Mr. Berke. He contacted m...e several times over the next year and a half and helped me to understand what my part in this case was. I was finally scheduled for a hearing before the Administrative Law Judge. Mr. Berke present the facts to my case clear and precise. I was very impressed by his professionalism and the was he address certain things in my case so that they weren't overlooked by the Judge. I won my case and I would recommend his office to anyone trying to deal with S.S.A. and disability. You would not be disappointed. I'd give him and his staff 5 stars.

I had been trying to win a Disability case on my own for a year and kept getting turned down. I was ready to give up until I was given Mr. Berke's name. It was an absolute blessing to have him on my side through this struggle. He made it a learning experience rather than a discouraging experience. H...e explained everything so I understood "why" and "what for" I needed to do certain things. Throughout this process you largely deal with a paralegal, who in my case was excellent. The paralegal keeps the attorney advised throu...ghout the process.
