I have dedicated my practice to assisting families going through a divorce or separation or resolving custody issues. I am Board Certified in Marital and Family law . I handle every aspect of a divorce, whether it be developing a parenting plan, assisting in valuing and dividing a closely held business, distributing a pension or retirement benefit, or dividing a home. In addition, I strive to resolve all issues involving alimony and child support. In addition, I handle paternity cases to assist in the development of an appropriate parenting plan.

Great Attorney
I have an ex-husband that keeps taking me back to court for child custody every few years. Attorney Linda Fried has always been there for me and has done an excellent job representing me. Save your money and find a good attorney that will advocate for you. It’s all about billable hours and what she wants to advocate for which may not be in your best interest. I was referred to her by another attorney.
