The day that the court finally awarded me emergency spousal support, I got it the very same day because of how hard she fought and because she was done with the paperwork before we ended our Zoom call! On the last day of mediation, it was apparent we might have to go to trial the next day. The magistrate told me he knew I didn’t want to have to do that, and he was right. However, by this time working with Mrs. Fried, I knew that if we had to she would be ready to go. Mrs. Fried is an exemplary attorney. So much that I know for a fact my ex tried to find a new one halfway through the divorce. He was looking for someone who was also board certified in marital and family law, like Mrs. Fried is.
