Linda Holly Fried

Unfortunately, I have been in litigation with my ex since March of 2015. I basically donated thousands of dollars to my first attorney who did nothing! In (I believe) September of 2015, I retained Linda Fried to represent me. She is a beast! She has done more than I could have ever imagined possi...ble. I tell everyone to trust the process and trust your attorney. Assuming of course your attorney is Linda. Had I had my way in the very beginning, I would have lost out on so much! We tend to want what we want when we want it. In the moment, I didn't have the ability to see clearly and take the emotions out of case. (Something I still struggle with, but Linda works diligently to try to reel me in... which, is no easy task) Thankfully, Linda knows what she is doing and has never done what I ask but rather what she feels and knows is best. This has ALWAYS resulted in an outcome that exceeds my expectations every single time! If you want someone who will fight for you and do things accordingly, within the scope of the law, Linda Fried is for you! This also makes her highly regarded and respected by the courts. If you want an attorney who is going to file nonsense, frivolous Motions for the sake of billing and ultimately also loosing the court's respect and credibility, Linda is not the attorney for you. How I have seen the judges address the Linda Fried and how I have seen them address other attorneys speaks for itself. Fried and Fried are the only attorneys I would ever recommend to friends and family. I wouldn't trust my family's fate and well-being to anyone else! Thank you Linda for eight (8) years of fierce defense. You are the GOAT! I want to also "shout out" the staff. They are respectful, kind and always there to help you with questions or concerns. <3
