Termination Questions

As a Mother, I had contacted this law office to discuss the termination of our adult special needs son, 42 years old, from WalMart. Mr. Gadd was very helpful in listening patiently to concerns, evaluating a written summary based on interaction with our son, and helped me to reasonably consider o...ptions to take. He also was able to make some recommendations. Thank you so much!

His help

John gave us excellent advise although we didn't hire him. He spent an incredible hour and half with the 4 of us who needed help to find ways of combating an issue with the owner. Very nice, very helpful, very concerned.

Clients are priority one

I met with Mr. Gadd about 2 years ago when a fortune 100 company wrongfully terminated me. However, because I didn’t seek council before hand like I should have, and with Florida being a right to work state, there wasn’t much that could be done. Had it been another state, I probably would have won.... About a month ago, I was having a conversation with a buddy of mine who stated he was having some issues with his employer and brought up Mr. Gadd’s name. I recognized it as soon as he mentioned the attorney’s love for flying. Remembering my last meeting, and given the circumstances that were coming in on hand, I decided to contact again but this time for a different reason that more than likely would hold up in a court of law. When it comes to his clients or when it comes to even a potential client, you get treated as though you are his client. His staff are knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and already make you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door. Unrelated but still related, he is very comfy chairs! At the end of the day, he would be my first choice, because he was one of the last attorneys I came across in the list of attorneys, and out of all of them, he was willing to listen and not afraid to tell you if there’s a case or if there isn’t.

The best lawyer Ever!!!!!!!!!!

I love John first of all he is amazing! John and his office makes you feel like you are at home . I had really bad lawyers working on one of my cases and I felt like I had no hope . John listened and directed me on what to do and help me get a great settlement. And he did it fast . I am happy I was r...eferred to him by another Great lawyer. John is also helping me with another legal matter as we speak. So lucky to have him apart of my support team. Thanks John for all you do !!!
