Didn't care

With a great recommendation from friends I didn't waste time hiring Bernie for my case. I had been arrested for crimes I didn't commit. Our initial conversation was great and he let me split up my $1500.00 fee in payments of 3. I paid it off early and still didn't hear back from him for a couple of m...onths. In the long run I ended up paying a lot for him to send a couple of emails and make a phone call. When the police claimed they were doing their job, which they weren't, Bernie left it at that. Didn't even try but sure took the money. I was very disappointed.

Rude

He refused to listen to the details of the case and outright dismissed it on the basis of the defendant. A lawyer should listen to the merits of the case, rather than say that a case is impossible just because of who the defendant is.

Highly recommended

I highly recommend Bernie . We had a case that the employer initially rejected to provide the benefits and rights . Rude conversation zero help

If you want someone to be rude, avoid answering questions with any real clarity and offer to charge you 500$ to review 9 pages, this is the lawyer for you.
