Stay far away !! Go to any firm, but this one. I strongly advise against hiring Noah Stark or Richard Celler. I retained Noah in March to handle a time-sensitive whistleblower case. From March to July, no meaningful action was taken—not even the basic step of sending a representation agreement. De...

"I didn't know Richard Celler, but he came highly recommended in a couple online networking groups, when I was looking for someone to help my daughter with an employment issue. He was honest with us and looked not just at the legal issues but pointed out some risks to her personally that I had not considered. A lawyer's primary fiduciary duty is to always put their client's interests above their own. Yet so many lawyers do what lines their pockets whether it helps the client or not. Anyone who is an attorney knows, that we face a barrage of questions and "consultations" from family members any time anything comes up. Richard Celler gave my daughter the same thoughtful advice and care, that I reserve for family and friends who call to "get my take" on something. I'm not inclined to forget how he treated us. INTEGRITY is the word that comes to mind."

Attorney Celler has amassed vast experience in the field of labor and employment law and has a reputation for zealous advocacy that is matched only by his substantive knowledge. Attorney Celler has a long history of getting solid results for his clients and he serves as a great equalizer to those employees who are faced with claims against even the largest companies. South Florida employees have been well served by Attorney Celler over the years and I am sure that will continue. W. John Gadd, Esq. Clearwater, Florida"

I have never been suspended, disbarred, or sanctioned in any other manner by the Florida Bar or any other State Bar. If a client or potential client has any questions regarding this, please feel free to email me at [email protected] or call me at 866-344-9243 (WAGE) to discuss. I am more than happy to provide client references regarding my results and professionalism”
