Biography
I was born in New Jersey and raised in South Florida (Dade County). In 1997 I relocated to the Tampa Bay area where I attended Stetson University and graduated in 1999 with a dual degree, JD/MBA. I began my legal career in 2000 working as an Assistant Public Defender for both Hillsborough and Pinellas counties until I decided to go out into private practice in 2006. Throughout my entire career I have primarily focused on defending those accused of criminal offenses and I am zealous and a firm believer that everyone should be afforded due process, fairness, and the right to have their day in court. I fight unrelentingly on behalf of those who I undertake to defend and will not leave any stone unturned in my defense mission of making the government prove its case and defending my client’s constitutional rights. I handle all types of criminal cases ranging from serious felony charges such as murder, drug trafficking, DUI, gun charges, to less serious cases such as misdemeanor and traffic cases.
