One of the best!

Attorney James Anthony May is one of the best attorneys in Florida hands down! In my particular case I was charged with Marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia in Tampa FL. At first I actually called my old attorney in Orlando FL. where I used to live and he told me I live out of his territory... now but that he knew someone who could help me out here in Tampa and who is good. Honestly I was upset that I had to use a different attorney but I called Mr. May anyway and he said he could definitely help me out so we set up an appointment. At the appointment Mr. May explained to me all of my options and assured me that I need to not worry and that he will take care of everything. After that I pretty much sat around and did nothing as he worked on the case and did whatever it is that he does. We talked here and there but it was him just mainly telling me to rest assured and that he had everything under control. Now I really cant get into all the details of my case but I will try to put into perspective the best I can.. Basically all I can say is I have multiple priors including the same charge which I was charged with which was Marijuana possession and paraphernalia and all I walked away with was minimal court fees!! Thats it!!! Thank You James LEGALIZE IT!!!

Excellent Help

James was very excellent with my case. He kept me in the loop at all times, answered my emails even on weekends. Would recommend him and if need to, I would hire him again.

Truly Genuine

Mr. James May is definitely a lawyer that I would recommend to anyone. He took charge in my case and ensured that I received proper justice. He is very compassionate and caring. He is a personable lawyer; very "down-to-earth". He still stays in contact with me and shows that he was not only my lawyer..., but also he was a friend.

Excellent Attorney!

I was facing criminal charges and went into court with out an attorney. After the state reviewed my case they said the least they could offer me was 31 months in state prison. I have a young child, job, home and monthly mortgage. Doing that much time in jail just wasn't an option for me or I would lo...se everything I worked hard for. I was worried and stressed out, so I contact Attorney May for a consultation. After speaking with him he was very honest in telling me he couldn't guarantee that I would get no jail time, but he would do his best to get me the least amount of time possible and/or probation. During the court process Attorney May kept me informed of all the dealings and meeting he was having with the State so that I wasn't in the dark awaiting to hear what lied in my future. Amazingly Attorney May was able to reduce my sentice from 31 months of prison time to 31 Months of probation and at a reasonable rate. He worked hard for me and helped me more than I could have ever expected. I would reccomend him to anyone in need of an attorney. Thanks Attorney May for all you did!

Excellent

Mr. James May was my attorney for my case in Tampa, FL. He was very knowledgable and explain everything in detail. He was always on the ball getting back to me soon as he heard anything about my case as well as checking up making sure things were ok. I highly recommend Mr. May!
