Great attorney

I hired Mr. May to represent me when I was charged with a DUI related to an accident in Pinellas County. He was always available to answer my million questions when I was scared and insecure. He negotiated a great deal and I would recommend him to anyone.

aggressive, hard working attorney

James represented me when I was charged with two felonies at the same time. One was for grand theft and the other was an illegal firearm charge. James impressed me right off the bat with his knowledge and confidence. He very quickly took care of the firearm charge by bringing to light the fact that t...he search of my vehicle was illegal. charges were never filed. He also represented me on the grand theft charge. He managed to get me a pretty good plea deal and drop the charge from a felony to misdemeanor with 12 months probation all while working with a stubborn states attorney. I highly recommend James and have to all my friends.

Best experience I've had with a lawyer and I've had a few!

My experience with Mr. May was the first good experience that I have had with an attorney. He actually did the job he was hired to do and really seemed to care about what I was going through. He helped me with a Violation of Probation and terminating my probation and the odds were not in my favor s...ince the State was asking for 13.5 months in prison, With his experience and knowledge he was able to pull off the impossible and I received early termination. If your in need for a lawyer do not look any further take my word for it this is the man for the job.

Outstanding Attorney and Person

I just finished up with Mr. May after using him for over a year on my case. Having Mr. May as my attorney was the most pleasant experience from start to finish. This was a very traumatic and stressful situation that I was involved in, a criminal case that I could have incarcerated me. Mr. May was ...always available and there for me and my family. Mr. May was knowledgeable, honest, caring, and supportive during the whole legal process. Mr. May is an outstanding and well respected attorney. He goes above and beyond what his role/duties are to the client. He is a man of his word and can be trusted. He will fight to the bitter end to ensure fairness and justice. I was so thankful for him, and you will be also if you chose him to represent you. Mr. May has my highest recommendation as a lawyer, and I feel blessed that he helped to change my life.

Outstanding!

James, Thank you for your honesty, hard work and dedication….you took on my case which appeared to be hopeless and gave me back new hope….My decision to have you represent me has to be the best decision I ever made…James was not only there for me legally, but emotionally too! He never missed a be...at, took the time to dig in and kept me informed every step of the way. It was James knowledge and understanding of the Criminal Justice system that lead to the outcome of my case and the reduction of my charges…. We all make mistakes and the only way to move past them is to learn from them. I was given a second chance to learn from my mistake because of James May.
