Patient and Efficient

Erica spent many months shepherding my case through the labyrinthine twists of IRS tax code. I am not the ideal client, but she kept track of my needs and got the settlement that I had hoped for. Her fees are reasonable, her staff is helpful, and you cannot do better for any price.

Excellent work with the IRS!

Erica is a top notch professional. We worked with her for 5 years on multiple tax year issues. She handled all communications with the IRS and clearly laid out all the different options available. The bottom line is our collection is cleared and it cost a small fraction of what it might have without ...her help. I would hire Erica again immediately for tax help!

1095C Penalty

We received a significant 1095C penalty from the IRS for failure to file the health insurance forms for 2017, which is purely an informational filing. NO tax was due. Still the IRS would not budge on the penalty until we Erica stepped in and helped us with an appeal that ultimately resulted in a full... and complete abatement of the penalty. I would highly recommend Erica and her expertise.
