About me

Cindy Campbell is originally from New Jersey and is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Florida. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Maryland in 1998.  She is a 2001 graduate of the University Of Dayton School Of Law. Prior to moving to Florida, Cindy clerked for a civil trial judge in New Jersey and worked as a Deputy Attorney General with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General.

Cindy moved to Florida in 2005 to begin the LL.M. in Taxation program at the University of Florida. After graduating from the LL.M. in Taxation program in 2007, Cindy worked for law firms in Palm Beach and Tampa Bay, practicing in the areas of estate and tax planning, asset protection and probate and trust administration.

Cindy is actively involved with the state and local bar associations. She is a member of the Tax, the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law sections of the Florida Bar and is a member of St. Petersburg Bar Association. She is also a member of the Pinellas Chapter of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers and the Suncoast Estate Planning Council. Cindy is actively involved with several non-profit organizations in the Tampa Bay community. She serves as chair of the PARC Professional Planned Giving Advisory Council, is a member of the Suncoast Hospice Professional Partners Council, the SPCA of Tampa Bay Professional Advisors Council and the Children’s Dream Fund Planned Gifts Advisory Committee, and is an active member of the Junior League of St. Petersburg.

Cindy creates and implements estate plans for individuals of all income and asset levels to address the important issues of property disposition, beneficiary designation, tax planning, asset preservation, and planning for medical contingencies and incapacity. She works with clients to accomplish their goals of preserving personal wealth, reducing the tax burden for beneficiaries and minimizing the costs and expenses associated with estate administration.

With her education and experience, Cindy combines small firm service with sophisticated estate and tax planning techniques.
