Biography
Nick serves clients throughout Florida in addressing the long term healthcare and financial needs of the elderly and those with special needs. His practice focuses on guardianship, estate planning, probate, medicaid and asset protection, elder law, and long term care planning. Nick also serves as a court appointed attorney serving incapacitated and developmentally disabled persons in guardianship, guardian advocacy, and other proceedings.
Nick earned his undergraduate degree from Wofford College, where he was the four-year starting place-kicker for the Division I FCS Football Team. Immediately following law school, Nick played professional football in the German Football League. Nick lives in St. Petersburg with his wife Michelle, their sons, Lucas and Austin, and their dog, Emma.

Open and direct
Nick listened to the concerns of both my husband and I. I have to say we really appreciated his honest feedback. While other attorneys referred us to others, Nick came out and said: " I do not think you have a case, it is frustrating i can imagine but there is no case here".
