Biography
I am an Elder Law Attorney practicing in St. Petersburg, Florida, where I have lived most of my life. My Elder Law Practice includes wills, trusts, estate planning, probate estates, advance directive documents, guardianship and Medicaid Planning (protecting assets) in long term care. I enjoy working with clients of all ages to help them plan for the future, including retirment and issues realted to aging. I offer a free 30 minute consultation and am able to meet with clients in their home or in a hospital or nurisng facility if needed. My office is conveniently located just north of downtown St. Petersburg, on Dr. ML King Jr. Street North, with plenty of free parking in front of the building, making my office easily accessible. My clients love that I give them personal attention, with a caring and compassionate approoach and provide them with straightforward information to help them plan for the future.

VERY thorough and knowledgeable
I didn't realize how important it is to have an attorney who SPECIALIZES in elder care prepare all necessary documents, i.e., wills, power of attorney, living wills, etc. I would highly refer Jennifer to all my friends.
