Mr. Michael Finn is an intelligent, personable and responsive man. And he has built a team each of whom demonstrates the same fine qualities. Again, we couldn't be more pleased. We retained the Finn-Law Group in September 2013 to negotiate our way out of a timeshare. One year later, the timeshare company sued us. Mr. Finn called us personally and stated how unusual it was for the timeshare companies to sue rather than negotiate. He pledged to handle our case until it was res...olved for no additional fee. We also countersued. As a result of obtaining his services, we were never contacted or harassed by the timeshare company - not even once - by telephone, snail mail or email. Months passed. Years passed. We anxiously awaited any results. Finally, in May of 2017 we received notification that the case would be dropped due to lack of activity. Through deceptive tactics, my husband and I purchased a timeshare with Bluegreen Vacation Clubs...the worst mistake ever! During the presentation, you are bombarded with information that you are not allowed to research. You buy now or never get the chance again. That should have been the red flag for... us. We basically were in a contract that constantly drained us of fees and were never able to use the vacation once. We were just sick because everything we were reading went from bad to worse. You are bound to this company for life. I started reading and researching online. The Finn Law group kept coming up. Even a couple other attorneys said if anyone could help us, Mr. Finn could. It was a scary move because we kept thinking we may pay him and lose and be out even more money and still bound to Bluegreen. Thank God we took the chance. It took six months, but Mr. Finn and his group terminated all our legally binding commitments to this organization.
