We were taken advantage of in the worst way by Capital Vacations. I am not a naïve person or a gullible person. I asked the right questions and did my due diligence before making my decision to convert my traditional timeshare into points through Capital. No matter how much research you do you can't ...prepare for outright lies. You don't find out about the lies until 30 days after you sign up for the timeshare and then it's too late. I spent weeks researching who to call to help us get out of the contract and at every turn Finn Law Group had the best reviews and best results. I am so blessed to have found them and make the call. I hired the Finn Law Group in June of 2021 to help with a vacation club contract that I no longer could handle in Mexico. Joel Osborne and the entire Finn Law Group lived up to their reputation. They were professional and laid everything out so nothing was hidden. I HIGHLY recommend this law group. I...t's been less than 3 months and today I got word that my contract is cancelled and I no longer am obligated for the loan or the maintenance fees. My 83 year old parents were pressured and frankly tricked into buying multiple time share weeks that they couldn't afford, they were then ALMOST swindled by a "Time Share Relief" company that pretty much posed as a lawyer (good thing that we read the fine print) and almost took them for multiple tens... of thousands of more dollars, offering to help them "try" to disengage from their time share commitment. I got myself into a real mess with timeshare purchases that I didn't fully understand because I wasn't fully informed, and which threatened my retirement after a career of nearly fifty years.
