Somewhere around 5 years ago, I decided I did not have a choice but to get legal backing to get rid of this timeshare nightmare. I had already been defrauded by one company that said they had the solution, only to be shelling money there. Finn Law Group, I found through online research and showed th...ey had expertise in timeshare cancellations. I couldn’t have imagined them that it would have taken the lengthy timeframe to resolve but I was ecstatic the last year when they were getting traction in resolving. Throughout the timeframe, I received detail information from my lawyer either by phone , e-mail or both that never required me to have to pursue them for any clarity except for final signing of paperwork (resolution). The lawyers and other staff that I have interacted with during this time were very understanding and remained professional in all channels of communication. Being courteous and professional in business servicing these days can be few and far between. Finn Law delivered. They did the work and their response times for any questions I had were always answered in record time. I am so glad I could have started 2026- timeshare free. We brought a timeshare and soon realize what we got ourselves into.
