Somewhere around 5 years ago, I decided I did not have a choice but to get legal backing to get rid of this timeshare nightmare. I had already been defrauded by one company that said they had the solution, only to be shelling money there. Finn Law Group, I found through online research and showed th...ey had expertise in timeshare cancellations. I couldn’t have imagined them that it would have taken the lengthy timeframe to resolve but I was ecstatic the last year when they were getting traction in resolving. Throughout the timeframe, I received detail information from my lawyer either by phone , e-mail or both that never required me to have to pursue them for any clarity except for final signing of paperwork (resolution). The lawyers and other staff that I have interacted with during this time were very understanding and remained professional in all channels of communication. Being courteous and professional in business servicing these days can be few and far between. Finn Law delivered. They did the work and their response times for any questions I had were always answered in record time. I am so glad I could have started 2026- timeshare free. Shawna and the Finn Law Group team did an outstanding job handling my case with Welk Resorts. After providing them with all the documentation they needed, the process was mostly hands-off for me. We were taken advantage of in the worst way by Capital Vacations. I am not a naïve person or a gullible person. I asked the right questions and did my due diligence before making my decision to convert my traditional timeshare into points through Capital. No matter how much research you do you can't ...prepare for outright lies. You don't find out about the lies until 30 days after you sign up for the timeshare and then it's too late. I spent weeks researching who to call to help us get out of the contract and at every turn Finn Law Group had the best reviews and best results. I am so blessed to have found them and make the call. From the first call with the case coordinator throughout the process with our paralegal, Shawna, they never waivered in their pursuit of a positive outcome for my wife and I. I hired Dain of Finn Law Group to help me get out of a timeshare should have never been pressured into buying. Dain explained the procedure, time frame and cost. It was a slow process from the timeshare companies end, but Dain stayed on top of them. One of the good things was that I was kept in the... loop as to what was happening.
