My 83 year old parents were pressured and frankly tricked into buying multiple time share weeks that they couldn't afford, they were then ALMOST swindled by a "Time Share Relief" company that pretty much posed as a lawyer (good thing that we read the fine print) and almost took them for multiple tens... of thousands of more dollars, offering to help them "try" to disengage from their time share commitment. Many more such timeshare relief companies emerged to offer the same. It was a financial disaster unfolding whichever way we turned until I found Michael Finn and his law group. Doing so was an incredible blessing as my parents were relieved of their timeshare commitment for a fraction of what the other "relief" companies were asking and the entire process was professional and straightforward. From our initial consultation with Michael, to working with his entire team including other lawyers, office staff and office management it was a pleasure. I got myself into a real mess with timeshare purchases that I didn't fully understand because I wasn't fully informed, and which threatened my retirement after a career of nearly fifty years. My wife and I very stupidly got shammed into a timeshare in Florida which apparently is quite common. After a lot of researching online on what the heck to do about it after I realized how dumb it was I ran across stories of the resorts suing Michael Finn for how he was winning the cases to get out o...f them. That was all I needed haha. If these scam artists are suing him that was a darn good sign to me. They told me I had a case and said it could take up to a year or more before it's finalized. 5 months in and it's done already easy as pie on my end. The only better option besides hiring Michael Finn to resolve your timeshare case is not getting one to begin with.

My wife and I got sucked into several contracts with a major hotel chain. After we tried unsuccessfully to book a number of reservations, we started calling their “premium, glitzy, once in a life-time, one-in-a-million, platinum/diamond elite” line. We then started getting our professional run-around.... This went on for over a year. That’s when I started doing some research on-line. I’m sure all the paralegals there are worth their weight in gold, but if you’re lucky enough to snag Stephanie, you got yourself a real Rock Star! Bite the bullet and git’r done!

We were talked into buying a timeshare while in Orlando. When we got out of the timeshare sales office and started checking into the details, it was clear we were misled. My wife contacted Michael Finn's office the next morning and talked to Will McCann to see if he would handle the cancellation fo...r us. Will told us that because we were within the 10 day recission period, that we could easily do it ourselves. He said it wouldn't be fair to take our money and then proceeded to walk us through the exact steps for us to handle it. My wife and I discussed it and decided that we'd still rather pay an attorney to write the recission letter, just to make sure that we followed the instructions to a "T" (didn't want to give the timeshare company any wiggle room). Will said he would write the letter for us but still wouldn't take our money. We ended up giving Will a Starbucks gift card, which was a small price for the peace of mind that the cancellation was being handled properly.
