Had a major issue with the least reputable of the big timeshare companies. They were basically holding my credit...and career hostage because of it. Searched for a long time for an attorney with 'guts'. I had over 20 different attorneys and/or firms just said "Sorry, can't help you...It's not wort...h our time or money". I would like to take the time to fully comment on the services rendered by the Finn Law Group. We hired the Finn Law Group after a exhausted search to find a attorney to help us with getting us released from our timeshare obligation. We were frustrated and felt hopelessly lost after signing into a ti...meshare. We were misled by the high pressure sales tactics of the bottom feeders that represented the resort. When we tried to inquire about our timeshare we were treated like we didn't exist and got the run around. Everything we thought we were getting with the timeshare was a sham and felt like we were just throwing our money away. My Father hired Finn Law Group to help out with some debt and credit issues. Eric Monsma from Mr. Finn’s staff promptly got the creditors called stopped and was able to arrange settlements with several creditors. He also assisted my Father by working with the U.S. Department of Education to have so...me old student loan debt forgiven based on my Father’s disability! Mr. Monsma also helped my Father by clearing up his negative credit, and helped him establish new positive credit instead. During a visit to Cabela’s recently, my Father applied for a Cabela’s charge card and was approved for a $3000 limit! No more creditor calls, a new credit score of almost 700, and the student loan debts are gone…my Father couldn’t be happier! We would recommend Mr. Finn and his expert staff to anyone!

We were in a TimeShare for years. When we got older and needed to get out of it, we tried to sell it with no luck. When we purchased it the resort said they were very easy to sell and usually at a profit, well so much for what they said.
