After extensively researching other avenues of getting out of a horrible timeshare situation, I decided to give the Finn Law Group a try. Having been burnt by a previous firm, I was quite apprehensive as to any promises made by anyone concerning this matter. Well, everyone I dealt with was courteous..., responsive, and professional. We were talked into buying a timeshare while in Orlando. When we got out of the timeshare sales office and started checking into the details, it was clear we were misled. My wife contacted Michael Finn's office the next morning and talked to Will McCann to see if he would handle the cancellation fo...r us. Will told us that because we were within the 10 day recission period, that we could easily do it ourselves. He said it wouldn't be fair to take our money and then proceeded to walk us through the exact steps for us to handle it. My wife and I discussed it and decided that we'd still rather pay an attorney to write the recission letter, just to make sure that we followed the instructions to a "T" (didn't want to give the timeshare company any wiggle room). Will said he would write the letter for us but still wouldn't take our money. We ended up giving Will a Starbucks gift card, which was a small price for the peace of mind that the cancellation was being handled properly. All of the office staff were pleasant and helpful while we were there. Thank you Will and Michael Finn Law Group for helping us get out of that awful timeshare contract.
