We retained the Finn-Law Group in September 2013 to negotiate our way out of a timeshare. One year later, the timeshare company sued us. Mr. Finn called us personally and stated how unusual it was for the timeshare companies to sue rather than negotiate. He pledged to handle our case until it was res...olved for no additional fee. We also countersued. As a result of obtaining his services, we were never contacted or harassed by the timeshare company - not even once - by telephone, snail mail or email. Months passed. Years passed. We anxiously awaited any results. Finally, in May of 2017 we received notification that the case would be dropped due to lack of activity. Mr. Finn used this information to negotiate a settlement agreement with the timeshare company where we walked away and they walked away. The entire process took much longer than what we anticipated. However, the results speak for themselves. From the time we retained the Finn-Law Group we never paid the timeshare company another dime and they were never allowed to contact us. Our credit is still excellent. The worst financial mistake of our lives has been erased. We're grateful to Mr. Finn and his entire staff for their graciousness and diligence in handling our case. They never caved. We are finally free. I highly recommend the Finn-Law Group. My only advice to those who are stuck in a timeshare contract: Don't fool yourself into thinking this will be resolved overnight. Be patient. Hire Mr. Finn now and wait for the fantastic results.

We bought a timeshare at a Mexican resort and needed to cancel our contract for multiple reasons. After speaking with the resort, they agreed to cancel our contract; however, rather than finalizing the deal, they sent us straight to collections and stopped responding to us. We hired Finn Law to help ...us get out of the contract and remove the collection account. Mr. Finn and Mr. Osborne were extremely professional, helpful, and courteous along the way. They were able to successfully negotiate an end to our contract (and get proof in writing), and the collection account disappeared. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome!

The Finn Law Group is excellent and deliver the services they advertise. We entered into a time share agreement while on vacation in South Carolina, worst mistake of our lives. Mr. Finn informed us of the process to have the agreement canceled and encouraged us to be patient. He was honest informing ...us that our credit would be effected, but advised us to continue paying all of our bills. The Finn Law Group was able to have the down payment we made to the time share refunded and had the account permanently removed from the credit bureaus. Our credit has been completely restored.
