No need to shop lawyers, highly recommend Mr. Moore and his team.

When our family needed help with a possible Chapter 13, with Mr. Moore and his team, I felt like he treated us as a family member, the honesty, care, and explanation throughout the entire process was amazing. I lost all anxiety, when Charles took on our case we were so scared and we had small childre...n at the time, we were living with so much stress of unpaid bills. Not only does he call you back within hours, I feel he really goes above and beyond to be helpful. You will be dealing with someone who truly cares about their clients, you will never feel like a number. How many people can really admit that their lawyer actually charged them less than expected. He took all the worry out of paralyzing feeling of major debt, explained how to have debtors to stop contacting us by phone and mail. He explained and proved how we were protected under him and his practice. It has been a long 5 years, but everything he said that would happen turned out better than we ever expected, our credit started repairing itself the last year of bankruptcy. The fact is when you need help, and you don't know what to do, you need someone like Charles Moore and his team, to make you feel like someone is fighting for you, to help you overcome financial mistakes you made in the past and learn from it. He has even gone to court for us, and we didn't have to miss work. He gives you plenty of notice so there are no surprises during the process, and when my husband lost his job, and it was difficult to pay the trustee on time, he worked with us on that as well. Mr. Moore was right when I was crying in his office almost 5 years ago about bankruptcy by the time it will be over, my kids will not have known a thing of it, they will only know that their parents are still in the house they grew up in, that they don't argue about money and most of all they are happy. We didn't lose anything that so many people have lost during these procedures. We could not be happier with a stand up guy like Mr. Charles Moore, I would recommend him to anyone that needs to TRUST and who needs help, we just wanted to start over, and get on with their life. We feel he really gave us our happy life back, and we couldn't be happier.

Great Attorney

I had invested in a number of real estate properties just before the market crashed. I tried negotiating with the banks, but that didn’t work. I was over a million in debt and losing about $2,000 a month. I needed a good attorney. Chuck had done a very good job for a family member a few years bef...ore so I called him again. He immediately saw that I could do a special case Chapter 7, saving thousands a month for 60 months in Chapter 13, since my total debt was much more than 50% business debt. He explained what was going on in every step of the process and believe it or not, actually returned every one of my phone calls. An attorney that returns phone calls – unheard of in the profession. My case was extremely complicated and he handled every aspect consummately. He spent so much time that I offered him more money, but he refused to take it. He and Glory were almost like dealing with family and every time I’d start to panic, Chuck would calm me down. I can still call him with a question and he never fails to answer it and help me. Chuck is well thought of by his legal peers and the judges. I would totally recommend him to anyone who needs help financially.

Top notch - and professional

Charles and his team are complete professionals and their knowledge in this legal realm does not only help ease the stress of the bankruptcy process, he also makes sure to thoroughly explain all and every detail and even how this will personally affect your future finances and more. The prior and ab...ove gentlemen whom rated this office a one star (low rating) is obviously a man whom has never dealt with lawyers and legal "time" and it's true value. To not show for appointments on multiple occasions costs this office money and time and I would not even count that review as valid as the man is ignorant to this field. 5 star - minimum for attorney Moore's office. Anyone would be making a mistake by using any other bankruptcy lawyer in the St Pete area.

Down-to-earth and approachable

Mr. "Chuck" Moore made me and my husband feel at ease, given the very upsetting circumstances of bankruptcy and foreclosure. We were spoken to as equals. He showed patience when expaining processes and terminology - often multiple times, and treated us with respect at each meeting. His office staff ...are friendly, propmt to return calls, and professional. I have recommended Mr. Moore to several people and will continue to do so in the future.

No Good

I went to this lawyer about a year ago to file a Ch 7 Bankruptcy. I lost my job soon thereafter. So, I could not file a bankruptcy until i have saved enough money. So i went recently, and i could not find the place. The address on his paperwork says Saint Petersburg, however, the google say Pasadena.... You can easily get lost. I called and the secretary could not help me get directions. I was 20 minutes late. Charles said he could not see me, and just walked away. I was sorry for being late cause i got lost. So i just wanted to make another appointment. But his assisstant told me we are not going to allow you to make another appointment here. I thought it was unfair for this to happen. This lawyer is not made to handle people that get lost . I do not recommend this lawyer, he is rude and is unable to put himself in other people shoes. I told them God Bless you.

What this gentleman fails to tell you is that he had wasted time on the attorney's calendar previously by setting two appointments - one he rescheduled at the last minute and one he failed to show up for altogether. He had also been there before (see first sentence) so that was no excuse for not knowing where our office was located (and the secretary who answered the phone gave spot-on directions) and he was not 20 minutes late, he was 35 - 40 minutes late and the attorney's next appointment was already present so it would not have been fair to a client who respects Mr. Moore's time to have to sit around and wait while he tends to someone with a bunch of excuses. Yes, he did say God Bless you but I feel this was sarcastic and not sincere. A good christian would not use that term in that context. Attorney Moore is well respected in the legal community and this gentleman's interpretation of his actions is misguided.
