Great Attorney
I had invested in a number of real estate properties just before the market crashed. I tried negotiating with the banks, but that didn’t work. I was over a million in debt and losing about $2,000 a month. I needed a good attorney. Chuck had done a very good job for a family member a few years bef...

No Good
I went to this lawyer about a year ago to file a Ch 7 Bankruptcy. I lost my job soon thereafter. So, I could not file a bankruptcy until i have saved enough money. So i went recently, and i could not find the place. The address on his paperwork says Saint Petersburg, however, the google say Pasadena....
What this gentleman fails to tell you is that he had wasted time on the attorney's calendar previously by setting two appointments - one he rescheduled at the last minute and one he failed to show up for altogether. He had also been there before (see first sentence) so that was no excuse for not knowing where our office was located (and the secretary who answered the phone gave spot-on directions) and he was not 20 minutes late, he was 35 - 40 minutes late and the attorney's next appointment was already present so it would not have been fair to a client who respects Mr. Moore's time to have to sit around and wait while he tends to someone with a bunch of excuses. Yes, he did say God Bless you but I feel this was sarcastic and not sincere. A good christian would not use that term in that context. Attorney Moore is well respected in the legal community and this gentleman's interpretation of his actions is misguided.
"I endorse this lawyer. Chuck is an excellent lawyer. He not only does a great job representing his clients, he is also dedicated to raising the standard of practice. He often initiates discussions regarding important issues to assist in making sure that the Court has the benefit of good and thorough argument on issues important to our clients. He is an active NACBA member and a leader in the local community."
"I endorse this lawyer. Chuck is not only extremely knowledgeable, but also has a wonderful "bed-side" manner. I have the utmost confidence in his abilities and ethics and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone."
"Charles is a great lawyer and has been practicing bankruptcy law for many years. He is well respected among his peers for his work both with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies."
