Couldn't believe how bad this office treated my wife and me. Even made a recommendation that really screwed us but if you ask her she has done no wrong. I guess the only thing I can say is don't show up early for appointment, we did and got the rudest greeting from the receptionist, " Your Early" sit... down she is printing your paperwork and will be with you shortly, I should have known then and never hired this attorney. Really unbelievable how bad this is turned out for us because we believed her when she said she loves helping people, except us! Good luck

Jill was wonderful with me. The reality that I was filing for bankruptcy was devastating to me. I had had consultations with 2 other attorneys. I never felt confident or secure with them. When I met Jill it was totally different. She truly takes the time to help you get through this difficult time ...In your life. I never felt rushed, She always took the time to answer all my questions and help settle my nerves. When I first was greeted by Mrs. McDonald right away it was a warm secured feeling. I new I would be using her has my lawyer. We sit at a personable table as though we would have dinner she made me feel so secure at ease, I'm looking forward to my experience. Jill was a great reference to handle our bankruptcy. She has a great personality and was able to answer all of our questions. Even when we were a bit slow with the paperwork she was always quick with responses when time permitted. Apparently she is in court a lot so it was good to get responses back ...within days. My only gripe would be that they don't send out a lot of reminders of paperwork/ dates needed so I had to be more of an adult and remember, ha go figure!!! I guess that's why I was there in the first place. Our day in court was quick and smooth. She was there and helped us all the way. After the court date she did send a reminder of things we needed to complete, we did and we were all done. Thanks to Jill and her staff.
