Mr. Flanagan was the 3rd (and last) attorney I spoke with for a consult. Thankfully my charges were dropped before needing to hire representation, but he was the most attentive, helpful, and informative out of anybody I had sat down with. He spent time listening and asking questions to better underst...and my situation, and he thought outside the box to come up with a solution tailored to the circumstances. We discussed past success with similar defense strategies and he even walked me through steps I could take to increase the likelihood of coming out of my situation unscathed. A close friend of the family referred Mr. Flanagan to My fiance on a criminal case. My fiance has already been to prison so when he told Us what he was scoring to DOC,We immediately paid a retainer for him to represent My fiance in criminal court an he showed out in the court room,He got DOC time wip...ed off the table,got him a continuous time an time again an most court dates he didn't even have to go not really until We got closer to taking a deal did he have to start showing up in court. By the time We all were in agreement to a deal,it went from DOC to 6 mths county or 1 yr. ASU(ankle monitor).He's never been offered ASU.Mr.Flanagan is a awesome Lawyer. If I had the cash flow,I'd retain him on his new charges an I'm pretty sure he would show out once again in that court room an I'd be very pleased with his work.
