Thankful for Derek!

During the heartbreak of a divorce Derek handled my daughter’s divorce with first and foremost care and genuine concern. Derek was always quick to respond to an email or phone call. He would answer any question we had regarding the next step and kept us informed. He made the process flow and allowed... my daughter to concentrate on her own well being rather than the legal process. I and my daughter are grateful for his services and how he handled the process in a professional & timely manner. Sincerely grateful!

The Best Family Law Attorney

Without hesitation, I would undoubtedly say that Derek Byrne is the best family law attorney in the area. We have dealt with quite a few that have not only been overworked, but complacent in their cases- there's no drive to move your case along; a lack of attention to detail, and ridiculous amount of... hours billed. Derek isn't any of that. Derek is an intelligent and highly competent attorney. He understands the law, how it is applied, and how the Judges think. He won't tell you what you want to hear- he will tell you what you need to hear so together you both can collaborate to create the best possible outcome for your case. He's responsive (literally calls back within a few hours), makes time for your case, and moves it along so you can get resolution and the best possible outcome. I have referred him multiple times, and he will continue to be our attorney for any issues that arise. I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you Derek for all the work you've done on our case, and for our family.

Professional

Derek handled my case professionally and above board. I was kept informed and given good counsel. His relationship with Phil was also beneficial. I would recommend him and use him again.

Derek did a great job on my case!
