Best Family Law and divorce attorney

We hired Derek for our family trust and he was great. Ended up having to use him to help with consulting with a friend for divorce, even better. Didnt drag things out. Was fair and on his side. I highly recoommend him and his practice. The whole process was easy regarding the family trust, and i...t was complicated with all the businesses, but he made it easy for us.

I can’t recommend Mr. Byrd and his firm highly enough.

This review of Mr. Derek Byrd was composed from the overall context I experienced in working with him as he guided and supported me during a very difficult divorce. Focusing solely on his superior skills, abilities and wisdom of his craft would significantly diminish all that he offers when you hire ...him. To be candid, I’d never had a positive experience with an attorney until I worked with Mr. Byrd. From the outset, he was able to simplify the complex which is truly a gift. His perseverance, communication, attention to detail, among many other remarkable qualities, is unsurpassed. He consistently demonstrated his uncompromising ethics and an ability to empathize.

Highly Recommend

I had a wonderful experience with Derek as my attorney and I cannot recommend him enough! He and his team were always prompt and positive, without sugarcoating things. I was going through a tough divorce and Derek and Tanji were there with me every step of the way. I was able to trust them which was ...huge. Derek is very knowledgeable and experienced; he gave me great advice and always had my best interests in mind. Derek and his team were thorough and took their time to quell my fears and answer any and all questions I had. I cannot recommend Derek enough!

Thankful for Derek!

During the heartbreak of a divorce Derek handled my daughter’s divorce with first and foremost care and genuine concern. Derek was always quick to respond to an email or phone call. He would answer any question we had regarding the next step and kept us informed. He made the process flow and allowed... my daughter to concentrate on her own well being rather than the legal process. I and my daughter are grateful for his services and how he handled the process in a professional & timely manner. Sincerely grateful!

Professional & Agressive

Derek is a very professional and aggressive divorce attorney. My husband hired him for his divorce and child custody case against his ex wife and not only was Derek able to defend my husband and I but he was able to satisfy our wants and needs for the benefit of our family. His attention to detail an...d his calm & empathic demeanor made the lengthy process as stress free as possible. My husband and I are forever grateful for all his hard work and would unquestionably recommend him to anyone.
