Consumer beware

I actually hired Ryan Torrens and have been very disappointed when it comes to his services, staff and expertise. He was confrontational at times. Being a new attorney I expected him to be trained in the new rulings and regulations in foreclosure laws. I don't feel he has enough experience to rea...lly represent his clients. Communicating with Ryan Torrens was very difficult at times. Just asking questions about my home he would get argumentative. I thought when you pay for an attorney that they are there to help you. I was mistaken on Ryan Torrens. Due to his unprofessional conduct/behavior it made me feel like he had some sort of mental illness present. Especially when he actually yelled at me on the phone one evening during a phone call. The ups and downs and seemingly never consistent in his email responses. I'm writing this review to warn anyone looking to hire Ryan Torrens. To you I would say go elsewhere maybe an attorney with much more experience. That is what I have to do since Ryan Torrens, could not handle my complicated foreclosure for my home. I was looking for real help not someone who has major problems.

Tampa Florida Foreclosure Case Against Bank Of America

I hired Mr. Ryan Torrens to represent me against Bank of America in a foreclosure case for a property I own in Tampa Florida. After speaking with Ryan and explaining my case, I retained his services to help me save my home. Ryan took the time to listen to every detail that was extremely important in ...my specific case. Ryan was not afraid or intimidated by the opposing council representing a billion dollar bank. He is well versed in his area of expertise and is not afraid to litigate. Ryan was always available via phone or e-mail. Ryan always maintained an open line of communication and would respond to my requests within a twenty-four hour time frame. Ryan continues to work hard and provide amazing results against impossible odds. I will continue to retain Ryan's services for all of my Florida real estate needs. If anyone needs representation in the state of Florida, please consult Mr. Ryan Torrens for his expertise.

Five Star Wonderful

I cannot say enough good things about Ryan Torrens, and I can honestly say I don't have one complaint about him. I don't say this just because he won our case. I say this because Ryan is truly that good. The way he conducts himself in and out of court, with the judges and apposing attorneys, coupled ...with the knowledge he has of the law and his profession, along with the passion for what he does and the compassion he has for his clients, is outstanding. Through the entire process, both Ryan and his staff were always very nice and always responded in a timely manner if I had a question or needed to speak with them. I never felt put off or like there wasn't enough time for me. To try to make a long story short, I came to Ryan with my house at the point of literally being lost within a day or two. For anyone in the position of possibly losing their home, I don't have to tell you how nerve wracking and heart wrenching that is. He took the time out to meet me at the last minute to talk to me and review my case, and to my relief and surprise, he said he could help me. Under serious pressure and time restraints, he immediately started working on my case. Thanks to Ryan, as we went through the process, we came out on top time and time again, until we finally won the big one. We won the case and the house was ours. Then the banks decided to fight the ruling in appeals court. This is a long process of each party being allowed to speak their side, but through it all Ryan continued to fight for us until the day came when we won in the appeals court as well. We have our home and the worrying was finally over. The feelings we felt were overwhelming. When Ryan called me to tell me we had won, you could hear the excitement in his voice. He had a way of being completely professional as an excellent attorney, but with a personal side about him that was warm and made us feel comfortable, and that he honesty cared what happened to us and our home. It's not just about money with Ryan. He cares about how he does his job and the results he gets for his clients. That shows in his work. Ryan is an excellent attorney that gets results. He truly knows his stuff, and he's not afraid to fight for his clients. I would, without any hesitation recommend Ryan to anyone that needed his services.

Excellent Homeowner Foreclosure Attorney

Attorney Ryan Torrens is an energetic, attentive to detail Attorney. Attorney Torrens has won my Foreclosure case multiple times, against one of those Financial Institutions some say is too large to fail. Attorney Torrens is a positive Legal Force against the corrupt and illegal practices of these B...anks(Dept. of Justice found 5 Banks guilty of rate rigging, fraudulent mortgage-backed securities schemes, etc). These Banks think they can do anything they want to a financially strained disabled United States Military Veteran. Attorney Torrens says No to these Banks and helps me and other Homeowners keep our Homes by every legal means possible. I highly recommend Attorney Ryan Christopher Torrens. Thank you for this opportunity to comment about a Excellent Attorney that has saved the roof over my Head and keeping me from probably being homeless.
