Serving his pocket not Floridia families

We were represented by Mr. Torrens for several years during which he debited our bank account for large amounts while doing nothing more than hurting us and the case. In the end, rather than refunding the thousands he dishonestly took from us and amending the legal mess he did and, giving us time to ...find another lawyer, he ran away withdrawing without pre-advice. There are so many ways in which this individual betrayed our best interest and hurt us! He never refunded the continuous charges he wrongfully and dishonestly took from my account. Our contract indeed allowed for high monthly fees and a very large escrow which he never returned. He got away with it with much deception posted on his websites, sweet talk and empty promises. Much of the deception is published on his websites. Nothing or very little is true. He portrays himself as a public servant and a caring, knowledgeable attorney. Quite the contrary is true. He made many pleadings that were inappropriate, procedurally, or conceptually wrong. took advantage of our situation and in turn did nothing more than take money from our pockets and messed up the case. Sometimes there were periods of several months without activity and his office would still withdraw large amounts of money from our account. Then upon coming back to the scene he would take another dove off his hat and invent a new venue, do some writing and then backtrack his thinking. He did this multiple times, wasting our resources, judicial resources and establishing a damaging record in our case. He did this at our expense, over and over. He would file pleadings without much thought, initiating causes of action without much competence which he later, several months later would admit he was wrong. During every step of misguided legal actions he charged, he charged during extended time off, he charged even while he would do absolutely nothing more than dance around the issues. He never stopped withdrawing $750 per month from our account and never returned the $5,000 he charged just to look at the files which he admittedly lost and never returned. He filed several causes of action inappropriately and wasted judicial resources. he never refunded the money he took from our account for MANY months while doing those mistakes. Actually, he missed important opportunities to preserve our rights and protect our best interest but he did not. Those shadows remain over us. He hurt us badly. His work in our case is deplorable, as now mentioned by fellow attorneys looking at his work. Mr. Torrens is incompetent and dishonest. We are retirees now suffering the mess he created in our case and the loss of well over $35k he took from us. He should not be allowed to practice law. While it may be legal for an attorney to charge whatever they want and his competence and diligence never be questioned... what Mr. Torrens did, was not moral from beginning to end.

The One Attirney You Need To Call When You Are In Foreclosure

Mr. Torrens took our case even though our home had just been sold at auction. We had complied with banks requests and paid the money needed to resistatement our mortgage. We paid at the last minute ( 15 minutes before auction ), the bank accepted our payment. Due to time constraints the house was ...sold anyway. Mr. Torrens reversed the entire situation through his filings of motions and speaking with the bank’s attorney. The winning bidder’s attorney, the bank’s attorney, myself and Mr. Torrens were at the hearing. Mr. Torrens was well prepared for his opening statement which the bank’s attorney totally agreed with. The judgement came back in our favor! The judge gave limited time to the. Bidder;s attorney. Mr. Torrens saved our home for us, and he would do anything is his power to save yours. He knows foreclosure law inside and out, is well prepared, is confident and personable. The one attorney you should call!

Worth a million!!

It is really difficult to find enough adjectives to describe Ryan Torrens and his assistant. I had what I would refer to as a complex foreclosure to face, being that the county was determined to get their home back. The very first time I spoke with Mr Torrens he made me feel like I had a fightin...g chance of saving my home, with making no promises or giving me false hope. My case presented several obstacles to say the least, but it did not deter him. Instead he fought harder! I was scared to the point that I started packing things. This is where his assistant played such a vital part by answering my questions and walking me thru all the different scenarios. She made things so simple even I understood. Without writing a book about her she truly was my saving grace throughout all of this! Ryan Torrens is brilliant. He never backs down and he never gives up. He is honest and extremely competent. I wish that his firm could handle any and all matters that one would need legal representation for. If Mr Torrens were to charge a million dollars, somehow, someway I would still want him to represent me!

Foreclosure

I can not recommend Ryan enough. His firm assisted us with a foreclosure. My husband lost his job a few years back and we lost our home in a HOA foreclosure. It took around 5 years for us to get back on our feet, that is when we hired Ryan. The bank had not foreclosed yet. It took around a year and a... half, but with persistence and working with the bank. We are back in our home. The home we had built and that our children had grown up in. We are so elated over this, Ryan and his firm are fantastic. They are professional and honest they kept us up to date on everything . He guided us through this whole process, and words can not give enough gratitude. I wish for anyone who needs assistance to look to Ryan , for he has your best interest at heart.

The best lawyer hands down, a true life saver

My husband and I got ourselves into a situation not knowing the law. We had work done to our home from a roofing company, they never completed the work so we didn’t pay the bill. They put a construction lien on our home. Long story short, turns out your home can go into foreclosure for this. We had h...ired another attorney to handle this situation, all along we had a specific date to pay by to avoid this foreclosure sale. He never specified this and lost our case. We lost our home(or so we thought) I then called Ryan Torrens and explained what had happened to us. By this time, it was a disaster. We were told by the courts and the other party we were too late and we knew this per our previous lawyer. Ryan listened to me about how bad this case was, and apparently how bad we had messed up. He didn’t hesitate to say he would do all he could to help and he meant it. Within days he filed all necessary paperwork, and got us a court hearing(when the courts said before we weren’t entitled to another) he made it happen and instructed us thoroughly on what to do. Not even in 2 weeks time when we have battled this for 3 years, showed up to our court hearing with us and got us our home back that was already sold in foreclosure! He’s an absolute miracle worker! He makes you feel so comfortable in the fact that he’s doing anything humanly possible to win your case. He cares and isn’t out to charge you a fortune. He listens, stays on top, and in touch with you every step of the way. Several people told us it was done and we lost our home. He found a way and saved our house. Ryan Basically saved our lives. Our home is all we have. I would never trust anyone but him with legal matters. I wish he handled cases in every aspect of the law. We could never repay him for what he’s done for us! I would recommend anyone needed any legal advice to only go with Ryan. If you want to win your case. He’s truly a life saver.
