Michael Stanski is the founder and managing partner of the Law Office of Michael Stanski. His firm is committed to providing client focused, value conscious, and goal orientated full spectrum legal services to Florida citizens in state and federal courts.  

Prior to founding his own firm Michael served as a Special Agent with the U.S. Secret Service. Michael investigated complex federal crimes as well as provided physical protection to the President of the United States and other dignitaries. 

Michael has extensive military experience as both an U.S. Army helicopter pilot and U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General. For ten years Michael flew the CH-47D cargo helicopter and deployed twice to Iraq and Afghanistan. Michael continues to serve as a U.S. Air Force Reserve Judge Advocate General representing the U.S. Air Force as an attorney.

Outstanding
My X wife made lying accusations of Domestic Violence which Mr. Stanski quickly disproved and the charges were dismissed. His professionalism and intense desire to serve me was incredible. His “Bulldog” approach to getting justice and exposing the truth is most assuring. I will forever be in his debt and so thankful that he went above and beyond to ensure that I we represented every step of the way.

Awesome
Michael is very professional and keeps his composure all the time, unlike me. I know I contacted him multiple times with my concerns and almost yelling at him. He addressed them like a pro every time a d just let me vent then explained things to me in a rational way. As impatient as I was he was not. The end finally came and I was very happy with his results. Thanks Michael. I used his services for my divorce.

My Family's best interest
Mr. Stanski was very helpful to my father and I, with a matter that give me problems, Due to his on going medical problems I was having a time getting his affairs in order. Mr. Stanski broke the matter down into term that my father and I could understand then give us a number of way that we could move forward. He is very professional but with a kindness that put you at ease. He answered all our questions but also asked the right questions, I had already been down a difficult road trying to handle this matter alone, but with his true kindness and professional knowledge we were able to put that matter to rest and move on to other matter of life, Mr. was truly a God sent to my father and I.

I think Michael did a good considering what he had to work with. This was an unusual case, I feel he put in time and effort along with research to try and help me. although the results were not favorable I would recommend him.
